Can I enquire without knowing my measurements?
Yes. Select “I need a home measurement” in the size step and continue with your preferences. Our team can help confirm the dimensions and next steps.
How do I configure an L-shaped balcony?
Choose L-shaped and enter each side’s width and height separately. For a three-sided area, choose Three-sided. Add extra openings if your space has more sections.
What if my opening is larger than 4m × 3m?
You can keep your measurements in the form and ask for an assessment. Our team will review suitability and discuss alternatives if LS-100 is not appropriate.
Can I request a different fabric or special colour?
Choose Help me choose or add a special finish request. Available materials, finishes and their suitability will be confirmed by the team before quotation.
Can motorised blinds use app control or a rain sensor?
You can express your interest in the operating step. The team will check the motor, accessory compatibility and installation requirements before confirming the configuration.
