The Z-Galley is our most complete outdoor kitchen — a fully covered, turnkey cooking space with a professional-grade 5-burner grill, artisan pizza oven, outdoor-rated refrigerator, and stowaway sink, all sheltered beneath a full peak roof. Every component is built from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated galvanized steel, finished with 17 linear feet of quartz countertops and a built-in quartz bar designed for effortless entertaining.

Each one is precision-built to Longshade's specifications — a 72,000-BTU grill with an infrared searing zone and rotisserie, a pizza oven that reaches 800°F on a refractory fire brick base, an outdoor-rated refrigerator tested in extreme ambient temperatures, and a stowaway sink with a seamless countertop cover. Every appliance is rigorously tested for thermal performance, ignition reliability, and long-term durability before it leaves the factory.

While the structure can technically be assembled by a skilled homeowner, we recommend our professional installation to ensure everything is properly leveled, anchored, and connected for long-term performance and full warranty coverage.

In most cases, a freestanding outdoor kitchen on a prepared surface (like an existing patio or concrete pad) does not require a building permit — but gas line connections may.
