FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY
One franchise. Every window. Every patio. We shade the entire property.
Longshade's is the shop-at-home brand selling indoor and outdoor shading as one system: window treatments, motorized screens, pergolas, awnings, and outdoor kitchens. No showroom. No buildout. No lease you're paying on before you've made a dollar.
The way a home needs to be shaded is a system problem, not a product problem. That's the gap in the market. That's what our franchisees own.
One owner per territory. When your market's claimed, it's closed.

You're not afraid of hard work. You're afraid of buying the wrong business.
You've seen how it usually goes. A franchise that looks great in the brochure, then hands you a $300K buildout, a retail lease, a warehouse full of inventory, and a break-even date that keeps moving.
That's not a business. That's a bet on real estate with your name on the lease.
There's a second problem hiding in this industry, and it's the opportunity. 67% of homeowners would rather upgrade their current home than move, and nearly every company chasing that money sells one slice of the property. Blinds companies sell blinds. Pergola companies sell pergolas. Nobody owns the whole thing.
Longshade's does. One brand, one in-home consultation, every window and every patio. And the model runs lean on purpose: you launch from home with one vehicle and one salesperson, installs subcontracted until you're ready to bring certified techs in-house. Your money goes into territory, training, technology, and marketing. Not drywall.

Two decades beautifying homes. Now building owners.
George HuiLongshade opened the first Longshade's location in Indianapolis in 2005 on one principle: servanthood. Not sales tactics. Not systems for their own sake. Treat every homeowner's space like it's your own, and the business follows.
Two decades later, that idea runs seven locations across Indiana, Texas, Florida, and Tennessee, with 3,300+ five-star reviews and a 4.8-star reputation that earns repeat business and referrals without buying them.
Now, for the first time, George is opening that system to franchise partners.
The road here:
Proof, not promises.
Our seven affiliate locations each run multiple territories, and a franchise grant is one territory of roughly 100,000 qualified households. That's why we show you both the location numbers and the per-territory number. You can see the whole picture and the piece you'd own.
* Figures reflect the 2025 calendar-year performance of the seven affiliate-owned Longshade's locations, operating across 36 territories, as disclosed in Item 19 of the 2026 Longshade's Franchise Disclosure Document. Longshade's had no franchised outlets during this period. Some outlets have earned this amount. Your individual results may differ. There is no assurance that you'll earn as much. See Item 19 of our FDD for the full presentation, assumptions, and notes.
Founding territories. Proven playbook.
Most ground-floor franchises ask you to bet on a concept that's a few years old. Longshade's is the opposite case: twenty years of operating history, seven locations, 3,300+ reviews, and the support infrastructure built before the first franchise was ever offered.
The 2026 territories are founding territories. The markets are open, the playbook is proven, and the people who claim them first will help shape the brand's next twenty years.
If that reads as exciting instead of scary, keep going. If you need a system with a thousand units before you trust it, we're not your brand, and that's fine.
Built to win the category. Built for you to run it.
Your calendar, filled for you.
A national sales center answers your inbound calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments straight onto your schedule. You run consultations. They run the phones.
Marketing that's done for you, not dumped on you.
Local SEO and PPC, paid social, a branded territory site with online booking, automated follow-up, and a review program already producing a 4.8-star average.
Your own supply chain.
A dedicated product company for franchisees with nationwide distribution already in place. You're not haggling with vendors. You're plugged into one.
Technology built for this exact business.
CRM, in-home digital quoting, scheduling and dispatch, AI lead scoring and follow-up, and a customer portal. One platform, one login.
Two customer engines, not one.
Homeowners on one side. Builders, realtors, designers, and property managers on the other. B2C fills this month. B2B compounds for years.
High-ticket work.
Pergolas, motorized screens, and full shade systems command premium pricing. The average completed sale across our locations is $6,758.*
What your Tuesday looks like.
The hands-on owner. You're in living rooms. Morning consultation booked by the sales center, you measure, advise, and quote on the spot. Afternoon coffee with a builder who sends you every spec home he finishes. You check the CRM, confirm tomorrow's installs with your sub crew, and review the week's numbers before dinner. You're the face of the business in your market, and the business grows because people trust the face.
The executive owner. You're building the machine instead of being it. A sales lead runs consultations. An ops lead runs installs and scheduling. Your job is goals, KPIs, hiring, and the B2B relationships that feed multiple territories. You review dashboards, coach your leads, and spend your energy on the next territory, not the next appointment.
Both paths are built into the model. Plenty of owners start hands-on and grow into the executive seat as they add territories. The system supports the switch, because the sales center, the marketing engine, and the tech platform don't care which chair you sit in.
Every dollar goes where revenue comes from.

One owner per territory. That's the whole policy.
Territories are built from contiguous zip codes and sized around 100,000 qualified households with average household income above $75K. Generous on purpose, because this brand is built for owners who want to scale, and multi-territory deals are available from day one.
When you sign, your market is yours. We don't stack franchisees on top of each other, and we don't sell your zip codes twice. The reverse is also true: when a territory's claimed, it stays closed.
The only way to know if your market is open is to ask.
Seven steps from hello to founding owner.
Check your market. Tell us where you are. We'll tell you straight if it's open.
Intro call. A real conversation, not a pitch. You ask, we answer.
Unit economics. We walk through the model and the Item 19 together, line by line.
Leadership calls. Talk directly with the team that built and runs this business.
Due diligence and territory mapping. Every document, at your pace, with your attorney. We want you to bring one.
Confirmation day. Two days in Indianapolis. Experience the brand, meet the leadership, see the operation live.
Decision day and kickoff. You decide. If it's a yes, training starts and your launch clock starts with it. Our onboarding program is built to get you to your first in-home appointment within 45 days of signing.
Questions buyers actually ask.
No. Blinds are the front door. Longshade's sells indoor coverings, outdoor shade, pergolas, motorized screens, awnings, and outdoor kitchens. That breadth is why the average completed sale is $6,758* and why one customer has multiple reasons to buy, and to buy again.
Want to know more?
Tell us who you are and what you're looking for. Some people want to know if their market's open. Some just want the full picture before they think about territories. Both are the right way to start, and either way a real person from our franchise team responds within one business day.

- A real person responds within one business day
- If you ask about your market, we'll tell you straight if it's taken
